By accessing and using TalentHub's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TalentHub provides creator management and talent agency services, including but not limited to:

  • Creator representation and management
  • Brand partnership facilitation
  • Contract negotiation and administration
  • Payment processing for creator partnerships

3. Creator Terms

3.1 Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our roster. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

3.2 Representation

Upon acceptance, creators agree to allow TalentHub to represent them for brand partnership opportunities. The specific terms of representation will be outlined in a separate Creator Agreement.

3.3 Commission

TalentHub operates on a commission-based model. Commission rates will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any partnership is finalized.

3.4 Content Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with platform guidelines, FTC disclosure requirements, and any brand-specific requirements.

4. Brand Terms

4.1 Partnership Process

Brands working with TalentHub agree to work through our established processes for creator selection, briefing, and content approval.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms for brand partnerships will be outlined in individual campaign agreements. Standard payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the TalentHub website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TalentHub and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TalentHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
